This looks like another duplicate of issue 47727 - The correct text is there and
was displayed for SO7/OOo1. Then something got broken.
I copied the extended help text as an "invisble help text" in file
shared/01/02230402.xhp in CWS hcshared10 to fix this one issue.
Would prefer issue 47727 got fixed instead ...
