defect cause found:
method <SwTxtNode::SplitNode(..)> needs adjustment. All numbering properties of
the splitted text node needs to be saved before method
<SwTxtNode::_MakeNewTxtNode(..)> is called. Before resetting numbering
properties of the splitted text node it has to be checked, if the splitted text
node is still numbered.
In my opinion this needs to be fixed in OOo 2.3
