First, if you round any number to zero, the result is zero; not positive zero,
not negative zero, just zero. Second, people usually don't expect to see -0.00
displayed, in fact they complain if they do. Third, if you want to have a minus
sign displayed you may use a custom number format, such as
0.00;-0.00
which displays values rounded to two decimals and prepends a minus sign if the
original value was negative.
