This describes an intermediate solution for issue 77831.

Currently, we don't have a clear concept for whether or not to embed images into
reports. The user can insert image controls, but the images are always linked,
i.e. the report only refers (by URL) to the image. As soon as the database
document (and thus the report) is moved to another machine, the image is most
likely broken.

To at least minimally relax the problem, we need to ensure that the user has, at
the moment she inserts the graphic, the possibility to notice that this is a
*linked* graphics only.

For this, we need to ensure that the "Link" checkbox in the Insert/Graphics
dialog is always checked. Currently (build 0.2.0.20070524) the check state of
this box is the same as in the previous incarnation of the dialog, even when
invoked from other applications.

I.e.:
- open a write
- do a Insert/Graphics/From File
- in the Insert/Graphics dialog, uncheck (or check) the "Link" box, select
any graphics, and press the OK button
- in a report designer, do Insert/Graphics/From File
=> the "Link" box is unchecked (or checked), depending on what you did
in its previous incarnation. It should always be checked.
