defect cause for missing top margin:
- top margin is explicitly exported as 0, because the paragraph is the first
content inside a section. This has to be changed.
defect cause for missing left margin:
- paragraph style OOoCopyrightHeading has parent paragraph style OOoHeading2.
OOoHeading2 is assigned to second level of the outline style and thus, has the
outline style set as its list style. On exporting paragraph style
OOoCopyrightHeading is assured that it doesn't inherites the outline style from
its parent. This causes the left margin lost.
