That's a feature and works as designed!
The intention is, that you are able to create something like a fill-in form,
where the text content and the names of controls (such as checkboxes, buttons
text fields) must not be changed, but you can use checkboxes and fill in text
fields.
This is highly desired by many companies and government offices!
