MRU->HBRINKM: take my attached sample and open in Writer. re-export to WW8
format and open in Word -> the frame containing the page number on page 2 has a
wrong position (in upper left of the page). I gues, that this is the root cause
for making Word crash when selecting all (CTRL-A) and then copying to clipboard.
