MRU->HBRINKM: outline paragraphs lose their "Numbering style" assignment after
save and reload. To reproduce: apply "Heading 1" to some paragraph, than apply
"Numbering X" Numbering-/List style to the same paragraphs. Save & reload
document -> List styles gone.
MRU->joeclarkia: as a workaround (until this will be fixed in product), remove
"Heading 1" from outline structure in "Tools.Outline numbering (or do the autom.
Heading numbering there instead of using List styles).
