For example for the Writer the respective code can be found in - sw/source/ui/shells/drwtxtext.cxx around line 236 and 769. Look for SID_ATTR_CHAR_FONTHEIGHT. SID_ATTR_CHAR_FONTHEIGHT, SID_ATTR_CHAR_WEIGHT and SID_ATTR_CHAR_POSTURE should probably behave similar (be applied to all script types).
