@schmidtm: I cannot reproduce your problem. The relevant regcomp call in
testtools/source/bridgetest/makefile.mk has always been guarded by .IF
"$(SOLAR_JAVA)" != "", back to the version from SRC680m177. Maybe it *is* a
Macintosh-specific issue after all. Can you give more information on how it
fails for you (value of SOLAR_JAVA in dmake, dmake verbose output)?
