To verify, run the SDK examples/java/MinimalComponent against an OOo with no
user installation yet. When the OOo first start wizard comes up, cancel it.
Instead of hanging forever, the MinimalComponent test will fail after 5 min with
a com.sun.star.comp.helper.BootstrapException.
