1. mmp will have a look at the ui changes.
2. you are right, the resource id issue occurs also in a 'plain' m211
3. there's one more issue I found: Switching from non-square mode to square mode
does not adjust the default settings for the grid: Open new document - default
number of lines in grid tab page is set to 20 (don't enable the grid!) - disable
square mode - default number of lines in grid tab page is set to 46 - enable
square mode again - default number of lines in grid tab page is 44.
