Steps to recreate:
1. New document.
2. Type some text.
3. Select some text.
4. From the menu Insert > Bookmark...
5. Give the bookmark a name. Click Ok.
6. From the menu select File > Save As
7. Set the filter to Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP
8. Give the file a name and click OK.
9. Close the file.
10. Reopen the file.
11. Make a change.
12. Save the file.
13. Close the file.
14. Reopen the file and the paragraph with a bookmark has directly applied
attributes.
