Fixed in CWS rt21.
deliver.pl now has an option '-checkdlst'. If called with that option, it
deliveres as usual but additionally checks for and warns about
- delivery into directories which not have been created before
- several entries all delivering into the same file (possible overwrite)
- for delivery out of source tree, i.e. not from built output tree:
  - patterns with wildcards matching no file
  - non existing files
Note: the two latter checks cannot be done for files in the output tree
(%__SRC%) because deliver does not differ between platforms. Having *.dll files
mentioned in d.lst which are not present in f.e. a linux output tree is not
necessarily an error.
