pseudo_daoist: Not that I know what PBH stands for but Points are still very
popular _and_ used to define the font height. And although twip (a point/20) is
not shown on the user interface (which doesn't make sense at all) it is a
frequently used measurement in type setting. Using inch, point or pica as user
interface measurement unit will not produce the mentioned rounding errors. 

Just curious: What kind of documents do you create where a rounding errors of
about 0.5 percent make a difference?
