When opening a document the Writers detect method is called with no preselected
type names. Then the Writer selects the text (encoded) filter to load unknown
source files.
In case of the Insert/File method the filter detection is called with two
default types (CXML and HTML) then the Writers refuses to load with these
filters and then the filter detection (in filterconfig1 library) uses an
ichitaro filter - without much success.
