It sounds, that in the document has been mixed up normal and outline numberings.
This could happen if the document has been created with older OOs than 2.2.
In this case select all the headings, click button "Numbering off" (third in
numbering toolbar). If the numbers now did not correct you should re-set them in
Tools.Outline numbering dialog.
If all this does not help, please attach a document so I can also the the
problem. Thanks a lot!
