And that's exactly not checking the settings of current Desktop Manager.

I explicitly set the policy that if I run app A and then run app B, but I don't 
do anything with A, then ok, show B. But if work (for examply I am writing 
something) with app A, do not show app B. User is permitted to set such policy.

And OOffice should follow the settings -- it does not make any sense really, if 
I set something and some app says "ok, but we know better and we ignore your 
preferences".

And this is report about this -- violating/ignoring the settings of window 
manager.

Where do you see avoiding the problem? I set this policy to avoid waiting and 
the problem is OOffice forces me waiting!


If OOffice by design ("it is a feature") ignores the user preferences, then 
please close this report, however I don't understand such design.
