It should be solved with using system font preferences according to the language
setting (i.e. International -> Language setting) which I've committed to use
smSystemScript in GetSystemFontSetting().
However, I think it still causes the square (mojibake) if one uses Japanese OOo
package with a language preference setting other than Japanese.
