Fixed on master by removing three lines from makefile.mk
Follow-up issue 78456 written.
BTW, Pavel, XML::Parser already is listed as build requirement at
http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_linux.html#BuildRequirements . It
just wasn't really required up to now ...
