I cannot reproduce the problem with the empty document UI, so please let's keep
this out of this issue, please
What I can reproduce is that in the 0.4.0 build, an empty window is opened when
you try to execute the report.
fs->tmorgner: Unfortunately, after your latest fix, the document window is not
empty, and the page breaks are inserted properly, /but/ all detail records
except the very first one are empty.
I'm going to attach a bugdoc (which is what should have been done from the
beginning, to avoid misunderstandings and all those "I cannot reproduce", "this
behaves different on my machine" ...)
