Reason: sd resizes fullscreen window too late. Work-arounded by posting myself
the slide bitmap prefetch message.
reproducible on all platforms: single slide, add transition effect to it.
result: initial slide bitmap is 2x2 pixel small.
Fixed in CWS presfixes12.
