I can't see this problem in OOo 680_m216 B 9171 Windows, no localization, under
Win2k. In Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Language -> Language of, the
drop-down lists just say 'Default' and 'English (USA)'. The drop-down lists in
the section 'Default languages for documents' (same dialogue) seem to be OK,
too.
