Confirming - result is different on Linux.
Cell retains number format with specified number of decimals on WinXP, but not
on Linux (using OO2.2 in both cases).
I am attaching resulting .ods - try pasting 1.00 from Notepad on Windows and
1.00 from Writer on Linux, result is different for me.
