confirmed on WinXP.
This happens when:
- System File dialogs are used
- Automatic Filename extension is enabled
- the file name that is entered has an "extension" that is registered in Windows
So e.g. save a text document as "My.doc" should result in My.doc.oxt but would
be saved exactly as My.doc.
This does not happen with OOo file dialog.
