In MS Word 2000/2003, the compatibility tab page (in Tools -> Options ->
Compatibility) is used for MS Word to control differect compatibility options
for different version. As we can see, there are quite a lot of compatibility
options in this tab page. Now OOo 2.x only support a few of compatibility
options. Most of them are not handled when importing/exporting a .doc file,
which cause layout different in MS Word.

For example,
1. Create a ms word file in MS word 2000/2003, enabled all the compatibility
options (in Tools -> Options -> Compatibility tab page), save as A.doc.
2. Import A.doc by OOo 2.x, save the file as B.doc.
3. Compare the compatibility options setting between A.doc and B.doc in MS Word.
All the compatibility options are checked in A.doc, while most compatibility
options are unchecked in B.doc. Which will cause layout different between A.doc
and B.doc

It is not necessary for OOo to handle all the compatibility options, but in
order to improve the interoperability with MS Word, one alternative way is to
store the values of compatibility options in memory when importing a .doc file
by OOo, and export them out when saving as .doc file.

I will make a patch for it in the cws cjksp1
