When you right-mouse in the cells, it's missing the options related to Notes except for "Show Note". "Insert Note" and "Delete Note" are missing on cells that have notes entered. At first I thought it was a cell protection setting, but in fact if you "Show Note" you are able to click focus into the note and make changes.
