pl->cd: This patch changes the behaviour of ImageList::GetImageNames() so that
you don't know anymore which image in the list has which name if there is one or
more empty names. One can argue, that this is OK since an empty name may be
considered invalid; however we should assure that there is not user of that
function that assumes that he will get as many strings as there are items in the
list.
The only users of this function seem to be in framework, imagemanager.cxx and
moduleimanagemanager.cxx. If these check out we can let the patch in, else I'll
revert it.
