Unfortunately, I uninstalled OO 2.0 from my computer and deleted the
presentations from my computer. 
I intalled OO 1.9.79 and tried to reproduce the problem but was not
able to.

It could be a one time screw up (by windows or by OO). If it happens to
another presentation of mine in future, I will forward it to you.
