Verified that patch was applied as-is. Added a reference to a background paper,
and an assertion for valid input range to Fraction::ReduceInaccurate.
Furthermore, tools/test now has a unit test for Fraction (basically only
checking that ReduceInaccurate() behaves - run this with "dmake test" in the
very directory). Calc notes look good, OLEs in Impress and Calc as well (that's
where this method gets used). I'd advise a general QA auto-test session
nevertheless...
