The problem were the headings.
In the OpenDocument format we have an attribute which provides the outline level
of the heading, in docbook we have just four elements section1, section2,
section3 and section4, which are nested always with the next larger number as a
child.
In docbook there will be always a section1 before the others.
In OpenDocument (as in your test document) there is not a single heading with
level 1.
I fixed this.
