I cannot confirm this.
I've checked the md5sum on ftp master and it's still the same as when I've
uploaded it to ftp master: 09923a7abc478fc3a08ec45b69e61d0a and it's the same as
it has been released as 2.2.1rc3. I've downloaded that file from one of the
mirror servers and it had the same md5sum.
