Until recently, I thought this was caused by my unstable beryl configuration, but after getting to the root of the beryl problem, the chart2 issue remains. I have tested it with beryl and xgl disabled, but chart2 wizard still cannot access the spreadsheet (yes I do click on the button to the left). For comparison, the function wizard allows interaction with the spreadsheet so this is limited to chart2.
