I've added the new test case with the conversion between KATAKANA MIDDLE DOT and HALFWIDTH KATAKANA MIDDLE DOT. Because the CODE and CHR function of MS Excel Japanese Edition is based on JIS code, he pointed out these missing characters in JIS code. In this case, "JIS code" is the word written literally in MS Excel Help, and it seems to be a combination of JIS X 0201 and 0208 (but, in fact, it's obscure).
