The "empty" List style has the meaning, that the current style (here Heading X)
is used for Outline numbering (assigned in Tools.Outline numbering dialog). This
is not very nice, but will be changed in the future so that it is not blank but
will contain something like "Outline".
Style "Heading" is not assigned in Tools.Outline, thus the list style box shows
"none". See e.g. issue 65787 and others.
