FillBitmap is an optional property and not supported in the new chart.
What should FillHatchName and FillBitmapName be when there is no hatch or bitmap
set? This sounds like a bug in the API to me. If void is not allowed, what
should we return, an empty string?
BTW: Cannot reproduce this test as well. (Unknown URL).
