This works as designed. The Java GUI Installer is independent from the product
it installs. You can install any rpm you want. You just need the xpd file to
describe the rpm.
You did the following: A xpd file is provided describing core10.rpm, but you did
not provide the core10.rpm. If this happens, the Java GUI Installer ignores the
xpd file and therefore does not try to install the rpm. If the xpd file
describes a module for the module selection dialog, the module will not be
displayed if the rpm is missing.
MessageBox 1.19.3 appears only in the following case:
1. The xpd file is analyzed.
2. The corresponding rpm is found by the Java GUI Installer.
3. Then someone removes the rpm (for example after the first dialog in wizard).
4. During installation process the Java GUI Installer wants to install the rpm,
but cannot find it anymore. Then obviously an error occured and dialog 1.19.3
appears during installation.
So this is the current mechanism. If we want to make the information in the xpd
file more important (but why should we do so in this flexible installer?) we can
change this in a new cws.
