2007 -------
According to the Single UNIX Specification, Version 3 (IEEE 1003.1 and ISO/IEC
9945) /tmp is "a directory made available for applications that need a place to
create temporary files. Applications shall be allowed to create files in this
directory ..." Also the Filesystem Hierarchy Standard (FHS) defines that "the
/tmp directory must be made available for programs that require temporary
files." Additionally, the FHS says that "it is recommended that files and
directories located in /tmp be deleted whenever the system is booted."

A system on which the partition containing the /tmp directory is full, does not
meet the requirements defined by the SUS and FHS, as /tmp it not any longer "a
place to create temporary files" (because there is no space left on the device).

Thus, this is no OOo-specific issue at all.

Resolving this issue as INVALID.
