No, by definition an EN DASH is Unicode character U+2013, and an EM DASH U+2014.

I might be, however, that you are referring to some other, dash-like
character(s), which might even be used by OOo's AutoCorrect under some locales.
But when talking about endashes and emdashes, we are referring to the Unicode
characters mentioned above.
