If the issue status is something developers look at when deciding whether to
follow-up or not, then somebody with proper privledges should change the status
of this issue to "confirmed" - the behaviour is reproducable even with the
latest OO.org releases and is a significant problem in professional
environments.
Maybe the "unconfirmed" status is the reason why this issue is idling for years
now?
