------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jun 29 10:46:58 +0000 2007 ------- SBA->wowlfie: Please note that OOo 2.2.1 is available (your report tells OOo 2.1). see http://download.openoffice.org/index.html Please note that you are by far not the first trying to underline his case with the "powerfool" sentence "I will go back to Microsoft Office" - It is not influencing the way we prioritize issues, it does not make us smile or tremble with fear, it is only annoying. Please save your and our time with such comments. Thank you. SBA: The info "you must run a recovery" is storeed in the file .../user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/recovery.xcu. Delete this file and try to start the office again. In case the crashreporter comes up you should cancel it. If this does not work, try to rename the user directory (that does the trick without deinstalling the office. Uninstallation does not affect the user (settings) directory (i.e. personal dictionaries should be kept to be re-used in the next version. Please try and comment here, thank you. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
