Hi Pavel,

I do not like the patch, because the makefile command should be platform
independent. If we start with platform dependent dmake commands, the makefile
will soon be unreadable.  Therefore the new -i option should be used for all
platforms but only be evaluated for Mac OS X (like the -msitemplate parameter
for example, which is only evaluated for Windows).
But nevertheless the makefile.mk is the wrong place for the determination of the
destination file, because the packagelist contatins exactly this information.
Therefore there are two possible solutions (I would prefer the second solution):
1. Create a packagelist for the Mac (which is useful if you want to create other
packages compared with the Unixes).
2. Define in the packagelist a new parameter "destpathmac", in which the
destionation path for Mac is defined. This requires small changes in
make_installer.pl, but would be the most flexible solution in my opinion.
