A few first comments (more next week):
- You have two libs now, bootstrap and stocservices (presumably checked that the
former are loaded during a typical UNO process startup while the latter are
not), right?
- @is: Are the Styles for the two new libs in scp2 correct/still relevant?
- All the description.xml stuff can go completely, see issue 78393.
- I would suggest building the two libs in a single stoc/util/makefile.mk
instead of two stoc/source/bootstrap and stoc/source/stocservices directories.
That would be more like other modules, which also build their exported libs in
util.
