I'am fine with this patch (as long as it compiles in Hamburg RE build
environment ;-)).
The whole gnome-set-default-application thing is rather out-dated, as it is only
needed on GNOME < 2.6 anyway (OOo 1.x desktop integration did not work for GNOME
>= 2.6 anyway).
