Is there still something to do? In an OOo 2.2 the JRE is a deselectable module
below "Optional components". This is fixed.
Additionally it is not a problem, to install different JRE versions next to each
other. The current Windows Installer has a simple test, if the same JRE that is
part of the installation set, is already installed. If it is not exactly the
same version, the JRE will be installed. But as I can see, other versions are
not overwritten; the JREs are installed next to each other.
