In the test, you need to set the Property "MeanValue" to true before having
access to its properties.
Concerning the loop, it looks like there was a problem when the mouse is over
the chart window and a tool tip window pops up. There seems to be a deadlock
with vcl (SolarMutex). I am investigating.
