AW: Discussed with several people. Problem is the wntmsci10 ms compiler which
seems to have errors with combinations of anonymous namespaces, template classes
and precompiled headers. That this comes up with drawinglayer namespace and
project was called a coincidence by two other people.
AW: The best (also discussed) solution is not to switch off precompiled headers,
but to give the critical namespaces a name. Done and works on all plattforms.
AW: Setting back to me, i solved it.
