If you want PDF I suggest to export as PDF, not printing. This way you will get
all the little niceties PDF supports like hyperlinks, bookmarks, form controls
and so on.
As for printing: in OpenOffice.org you would simply in the options button in the
print dialog,
hit the "tile pages" button and be happy. NeoOffice presumably using the native
dialog has of course the problem of not using OOo's UI.
So I think this is actually a porting issue for NeoOffice.
