I see:
@OS: the problem is that the "Tab position" is counted from the margin or from
the first level numbering only. So the other tabs in the other level can't
display correctly.
@fuula: as a work around, you have to increase the "tab position" until it fits
for all levels or use a blank instead of a tab.
