in the TypeReader::release method.
Actually I don't understand why the implementation is encapsulated behind a
"compiler firewall", as the TypeReader methods are all/mostly inline, leading to
a direct coupling of any client to TypeReader_Impl anyway. The header is not
even delivered ...
